SKY is to create another base in Leeds, employing up to 400 people developing websites and apps at Leeds Dock.
The investment is a significant boost to the Allied London development, which attracted Google earlier this year to open a Digital Garage on the site, while flexible workspace providers Hello Work has also established a presence there.
The company already employs about 1,200 people in and around Leeds in a range of roles, including technologists, customer service advisers, sales teams and engineers.
The latest expansion, dubbed Sky@Leeds Dock, is set to open this December and will also include a new Software Engineering Academy, aimed at those starting out in a career in technology.
