Mr Stache said: “We are extremely pleased to be able to align our bespoke meal plan service with the dietary requirements that we cater to on a daily basis though our restaurants. Our is aim to advise as many people as possible through proper nutritional guidance – breaking bad dietary habits and replacing them with good ones. We’ve already seen an inspiring amount of success from clients so far, we’ve helped people achieve a wide range of goals, and plan to keep doing so.

“My aim is to make a real difference in public health. This service, along with Nourish restaurants rivalling the usual, unhealthy high-street takeaways, is another way of helping people prioritise health, and make informed choices about their nutrition.”
