Trampoline park in converted warehouse to create 200 jobs

DONCASTER is set for a major trampoline park development promising 200 jobs to the area.

House of Play, a manufacturer of soft play areas, has applied to Doncaster Council to approve the development on Ogden Road at the Shaw Lane Industrial Estate.

Councillors will be discussing plans today, which would see a £500,000 investment in the site, which, if approved, could be open by summer.

The 15,048 sq ft site was last used as a site for Boxing and Packaging, before the business relocated its operations.

Other tenants include Wren Kitchens, B&M, Iceland and Netto.

House of Play are also owners of Astrabound, another Doncaster indoor play and party venue.
