Grade II listed city centre property bought for £3.67m

PROPERTY company Alterity Investments, has acquired prime real estate in central Leeds for £3.67m.

Alterity, advised by Green & Partners, has bought 6 Lands Lane/27 Albion Place, Leeds from Hanro .

The deal for the grade II-listed building reflects a net initial yield of 4.73%.

The 5,611 sq ft prime retail property is let to Pret A Manger on a 10-year lease from March 2012 at a current rent of £185,000 a year.
