Rudding Park launches pop-up restaurant
RUDDING PARK in Harrogate has launched a pop-up restaurant which offers a tasting menu which changes on a regular basis.
Latin for kitchen garden, Horto uses seasonal ingredients from Rudding Park Kitchen Garden.
The tasting menu, designed by newly-appointed head chef Murray Wilson, changes on a regular basis.
Peter Banks, managing director, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Murray to the team – he is a talented innovative chef and certainly one to watch. Pop Ups are becoming increasingly popular and it is fantastic way to offer our guests something a little different this summer. We are confident Horto and Murray’s food will surprise and delight our guests.”
Mr Wilson added: “I have been working with Adrian, the kitchen gardener at Rudding Park so we can ensure the garden is ripe with a range of quality heritage varieties that are usually hard to find, allowing me to create a range of dishes packed full of flavour. I just can’t wait to get started.”
