Great Escape locks in Leeds for newest game centre

TEAM-BUILDING business The Great Escape is set to open its second escape game centre after Leeds City Council approve redevelopment plans.

The plans for Atlas House on King Street will include the creation of six rooms for the adventure game which sees its participants locked in a room, solving clues and puzzles in order to escape within a set time limit.

Owner of the Great Escape, Hannah Duraid said: “After great success in Sheffield, we have chosen to open in Leeds as it is a highly creative, thriving city where puzzle rooms have already proven popular.

“Leeds is also a booming business hub and we look forward to offering a unique team building alternative.

“Unlike shooting each other with paintballs or having your employees lose concentration in a long boring Powerpoint presentation, The Great Escape Game puts your workforce’s team-working, problem solving and time management skills to the test.”

The Great Escape in Leeds will also include a bar and corporate area for team building and is due to open in Leeds this September.
