MasterChef champion takes the top table at the Leeds Club

FOODIES and fans of the BBC TV series MasterChef are being offered the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive four-course dining experience with 2016 champion Jane Devonshire at The Leeds Club.

The event, which takes place on Friday 28 October from 7pm, will see 100 guests take to the top-table to hear more about Ms Devonshire’s experiences on the show and what she plans to do since becoming a household name.

Tickets will include a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival, followed by a four-course meal created by the chef herself.

Ms Devonshire said: “This is the first event that I have headlined and it’s almost more nerve wracking than going on MasterChef – just without the cameras! I’m really looking forward to meeting with people and to enjoying a dining experience that I have created. It’s not often I get to sit down and enjoy the food, I usually cook and watch others tuck in.”

General manager of The Leeds Club, Sarah-Louise Walker added: “We can’t wait to welcome Jane to The Leeds Club and are looking forward to learning more about her experiences on MasterChef. There is no doubt that she captured the hearts and minds of the nation when she created so many wonderful dishes during the programme, and we really want to know more about where she gets her creativity from when it comes to food.

“We have a feeling that these tickets will not be around for long, so we would encourage anyone who wants to come along to meet with Jane to book sooner rather than later. It’s set to be a fantastic event.”
