Greek Street revival bubbles with Prosecco bar opening

A PROSECCO bar is launching on Greek Street this weekend as part of its ongoing revival.

The Bottega Prosecco Lounge, will be located on the top floor of popular bar and restaurant The Liquorist.

As well as serving Prosecco by the glass or bottle, guests will also be able to enjoy Prosecco-based cocktails including the classic Bellini, Bottega Spritz and Mojito Royale.

Anthony Lover, general manager of the Liquorist, said: “We know that Prosecco just keeps on growing in popularity, which is why we believe this new bar will really hit the spot with our customers. With our unique range of Prosecco based cocktails, there are even more ways for our guests to enjoy their favourite tipple and we can’t wait to hear what they think when we open our doors next weekend.”
