Recruitment firm to create “dozens” of jobs

A HULL recruitment firm has invested £500,000 in an expansion which is says will create “dozens” of jobs.

Founders and brothers of SureStaffing and Brothers Recruitment, Charles and William Draper, have invested in a relocation following the growth of the business.

The pair launched the business two and a half years ago and have invested the six-figure sum over the past six months.

This has led to their relocation to a three storey, 4,500 sq ft building.

The companies have opened offices in Wakefield, Birmingham and London in that time, as well as launching an IT and cyber securities business.

Charles Draper said: “We are focused on strengthening our position as modern, profitable organisations by fulfilling the wants, needs and expectations of our customers. Although we are still in the very early stages of our journey, we continue to invest heavily in new people, new IT and new office accommodation.

“Our aim is to innovate and create value for workers and organisations alike so that we all grow stronger together. Maintaining our point of difference in a competitive market is central to the ongoing success of our businesses.”

SureStaffing is the specialist ‘blue collar’ recruiter, finding permanent, temporary and contract workers for a range of industrial-focused companies.

Brothers Recruitment was established shortly afterwards to provide career advancement for individuals in ‘white collar’ positions.

William Draper said: “It has been a case of applying our insight into how the different industry sectors function, establishing their exact needs now and driving forward from there. There is no substitute for knowledge when it comes to building strong partnerships.

“Our specialists work closely with our clients every step of the way to ensure we match them with strong, suitable individuals.

“We constantly monitor and analyse our customers’ requirements to ensure we adapt to their changing behaviour. We want to give customers as simple and enjoyable a recruitment experience as possible, whichever way they choose to engage with us. This is certainly paying dividends with dozens of people and organisations joining our roster every day.”
