Furniture retailer takes a seat at Henry Boot’s development

RETAILER Furniture Village has signed a lease at Henry Boot Developments’ Thorne Park development in Doncaster.

Furniture Village has committed to taking an 18,700 sq ft unit at the business park on a 10 year lease, leaving one 30,500 sq ft unit remaining at the scheme situated at Junction 6 of the M18.
 
Vivienne Clements, director at Henry Boot Developments, said: “We are really pleased to conclude this deal with Furniture Village. Thorne Park has been a great success due to its excellent access to the UK motorway network and has established itself as a key business location within Doncaster.”
