It said it expects to raise £5m in new capital when it lists, and its market capitalisation will be around £15m upon admission. It did not provide an expected price of its shares.

The company, led by managing director Ian Mannm expects to start trading on AIM on December 14. Chairman of Gateley, Nigel Payne, the first law firm to float on the LSE, is also a non-executive director on the board of ECSC.

ECSC was founded in 2000 and since then has helped customers in 20 countries recover from cyber security attacks. 10% of the FTSE100 are counted as clients.
