£400,000 fund helps manufacturer build on growth plans

A South Yorkshire window and door manufacturer is set to create jobs with an investment into a 5,000 sq ft property extension and new machinery.

Building Product Solutions in Rotherham has secured a £400,000 term loan from NatWest towards the purchase of land and construction of the extension.

An additional £400,000 credit line from Lombard Business Finance, NatWest’s asset finance arm, will be used to purchase a specialist fully automated glass assembly line machinery to increase production capacity.

Founded in 2009, Building Product Solutions has an annual turnover of around £6m and employs around 70 staff. The new facility will enable growth up to £10m.
