People: LCF makes Irwin Mitchell hire; Tech group recruits four; and more

Megan Paul has joined LCF Law’s Bradford office as a solicitor in its personal law team.

She joins from Irwin Mitchell in Leeds and specialises in producing statutory wills, for people who lack the capacity to make a will themselves, and court of protection work.

Paul also handles deputyship applications, wills, trusts as well as lasting and enduring powers of attorney.  She regularly delivers seminars and presentations on these subjects to schools, parent groups, charities and other relevant organisations.

Neil Shaw, a partner at LCF Law and head of the firm’s personal law team, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Megan to our team.  She has a strong track record working across a wide range of areas and there’s no doubt her expertise in both statutory wills and court of protection work will make her a valuable asset within our team.”
