Offshore company agents expand with HQ acquisition

York-based UK and offshore company formation specialists Turner Little are expanding in York with the acquisition of a new HQ building.

The company has acquired 3,000 sq ft at Pioneer Business Park at Clifton Moor.

Turner Little, which operates from 25 locations, was founded by Granville Turner and James Turner in 1998. It focuses on company formations, banking, corporate services, trusts and credit analysis in the UK and abroad.

James Turner said: “We are excited at the prospect of relocating our HQ to Pioneer Business Park, once fit out work has been completed.The new building will provide much-needed expansion space to accommodate our growth.”

There was significant interest in this particular opportunity and Turner Little were selected as the preferred purchaser following a comprehensive marketing campaign.”
