Building Briefs: Tesco store for Driffield; Letting at Tower North Central; Land Registry microsite; and more

PLANNING permission has been granted for a replacement Tesco store in an East Yorkshire market town.

The Leeds office of planning consultants DPP won permission for the store in Driffield which will replace the existing store .

The new store will be on a different plot to the current supermarket, within an area of land which houses the existing store and also encompasses the former Kwik Save shop. 

The site will provide 2,700 sq m for retail floor space and a 210 space car park.
