LEEDS-based Gamestec - a leading player in the UK gaming and amusement machines sector - has appointed of Chris Butler as managing director.

Mr Butler has more than 20 years senior management experience within the gaming industry as an operator, manufacturer and retailer.

He joins Gamestec, part of Danoptra Gaming Group, from Punch Taverns where he was director of machines and vending.
