REFOCUSING of KCOM's struggling integrated and managed services (I&MS) division is progressing well and debt levels across the group are dropping, according to the Hull-based telecoms firm.

The group, which in January announced job losses as an attempt to shift the division into profitability, said today that its strategic review was continuing to progress well and that net debt levels were expected to be below £168.9m as a result of cost reduction actions.
