Oliver leads the Corporate Finance team in the North of England. With 15 years corporate finance experience gained working at Mazars and previously two 'Big Four' firms, he advises a wide range of clients on acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, fund raising and exit strategy.

He is one of six Corporate Finance Partners nationally who together led over 40 completed transactions in 2008.
