Chris joined Barclays in 2008 having worked in the banking industry for over a decade in roles that took him across the UK. Latterly he headed up the RBS commercial team in South Yorkshire before moving to Barclays to lead our Corporate Banking teams in the North of England. He now jointly heads Barclays Corporate in the area with Lee Collinson, leading a team of Relationship Directors serving clients with turnover £5m and above. Chris is married with 2 children and is a keen sportsman, although now more in a watching capacity than playing. Chris also recently joined the Sheffield Strong Economy Board and is a passionate advocate for the City.
