Transense Technologies raises £1.756m

Transense Technologies has raised £1.756m through the conditional placing of 17,560,000 ordinary shares at 10p apiece.
The placing price represents a discount of 13% to the closing price on of 11.5p last night (28 June).
Chief executive Graham Storey said: "The board is pleased to have raised the funds required to accelerate Transense's developing commercial opportunities and looks forward to driving the growth of the business, building upon its current momentum."
At 4:27pm: (LON:TRT) Transense Technologies share price was -0.75p at 10.75p
