Formed in Halifax in 1989, the Transline Resource Group is today an award-winning logistics personnel recruitment firm made up of four clear divisions - Driving, Industrial, Permanent and Training. Each day we provide over 5000 driving and industrial staff through our network of over 35 on-site offices across the UK.

We specialise in the provision and on-site management of highly trained and committed temporary supply chain staff. In fact, our entire workforce is trained to a level well beyond industry standards and our dedicated full time employees ensure a good flow of communication between all stakeholders as well as full compliance across the board.

Our clients range from local manufacturers to household name retailers and distributors and by listening to them and learning we've accumulated a deep knowledge of the logistics sector. As a result we've been able to develop a highly consultative service capable of satisfying demand quickly and cost-effectively.

From our offices in Halifax, 30 back-office staff coordinate the finances and provisions of our on-site office network whilst our Trafford Park Operational HQ and Training School coordinate the development and supply of all our temporary staff nationwide. In total we employ 95 full time staff with numbers steadily increasing as new contracts are acquired.

Throughout the recession years we have maintained high double figure growth and have expanded our portfolio of contracts substantially. And this success is beginning to be recognised within the various sectors in which we operate, with the ‘Best Industrial Recruitment Agency' mantle won at last year's Recruiter Awards being, what we hope, is the first of many best practice accolades.
