Largest apprenticeship recruitment fair in the North set to return

The Leeds Apprenticeship Recruitment Fair is set to return to Leeds’ First Direct Arena in the Spring.

Leeds City Council’s Leeds Apprenticeship Hub has announced that the hugely successful event will take place on Monday 4 March 2019, 4pm-8pm. #LARF2019 will launch a range of activities taking place throughout the city for National Apprenticeship Week 2019.

The event is now firmly established as the largest event of its kind in the north of England, giving those interested in apprenticeships an unrivalled opportunity to meet some of the UK’s biggest employers.

National and local businesses from a range of sectors including retail, telecommunications, automotive, IT, hair and beauty and legal will be in attendance. Visitors will have the chance to speak to employers who will be offering vacancies as well as information and advice on apprenticeships.

Visitors will also be able to meet current apprentices who’ll be on hand to share their experiences.

At last year’s event  #LARF2018 134 businesses exhibited at the event which attracted 6,500 visitors including BT, Jaguar Land Rover, Aldi, Sky, Lloyds Bank, Leeds City Council, the NHS and Unilever.

#LARF2019 promises to be bigger and better with extended floor space allowing for even more exhibitors, so if your business wants to promote its apprenticeship opportunities there is only one place to be.
