- The transformation of Birmingham City Centre with work on Paradise Circus, HSBC’s relocation to Birmingham, New Street Station and Grand Central. We were awarded Insider Midlands Property Law Firm of the Year 2015 for our work on these deals;
- Being awarded 21 years of Legal Excellence Award in the 2015 Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards, recognising our clear market leading position in terms of both the value and volume of deals advised on out of the Midlands with recent work including acting for LDC on the acquisition of The NEC Group Limited from Birmingham City Council;
- Acting on the Trojan Horse Inquiry which was held in our offices.
