Knight Corporate Finance is a corporate finance boutique providing advice to business owners and entrepreneurs in the technology sector. Founded by industry professionals Paul Billingham and Adam Zoldan in 2008, Knight has completed over 200 transactions in the technology sector.

Knight employs a dedicated advisory team with genuine sector experience and expertise in the technology sector and has a track record of delivering transactions that achieve its clients’ aspirations for their business. 

Knight has recruited a team with combination of industry specific commercial experience, corporate finance expertise alongside technical financial skills and deep relationships across the industry sector. Knight offers advisory services around 4 key areas; strategy, funding, M&A and exits. The majority of clients have had a relationship with Knight over a number of years. The founders are in a unique position in the professional services sector in that they have built, grown and exited their own business, having sold Knight to K3 Capital Group plc in 2021. Knight are trusted advisors at pivotal moments of client’s business lifecycle, from providing strategic review, raising funds, orchestrating M&A deals through to delivering successful exits. 

Knight has completed over 200 deals with transaction sizes ranging from £1m to £50m and it has returned over £1 Billion in shareholder value to its clients over the years.
