Nottingham signage firm sold to city investors

Nottingham-based Tarkwa Investments has bought fellow city firm Gee Tee Signs for an undisclosed sum.
Tarkwa Investments was established in 2016 by Chris and Rebecca Skelton. Chris Skelton is the former managing director of Derbyshire-based OTR Tyres.
Established in 1979, Gee Tee Signs specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of all types of signs, canopies & entrance features for the retail, leisure and education sectors at its 30,000 sq ft manufacturing site in Bulwell, Nottingham. Clients include, amongst others, Next, Pizza Hut, Five Guys and M&S.
Browne Jacobson advised Tarkwa Investments. Corporate finance partner Richard Medd led the team, supported by banking partner Shaun McCabe, Rachael Russell (corporate finance) and Victoria McIntyre (property).
