Breedon swoops for Lincolnshire civils firm
Lincolnshire-based surfacing and civil engineering firm, Minster Group, has been bought by construction materials firm Breedon.
The acquisition will see Leicester-based Breedon take a majority stake in Minster, which includes civil engineers Minster Surfacing and Alliance Recycling.
Bruce Spencer-Knott, co-founder of Minster will remain in position as the firm’s managing director and the business will be a distinct brand within Breedon.
