Leicester charity finds new home with help from property consultant

A Leicestershire charity, supporting people with sight loss has relocated into new offices at Provincial House in Leicester City Centre.
Vista is one of the longest-running charities in Leicester, helping people with sight loss and their families for 160 years.
The charity has secured a section of the third floor in Provincial House, thanks to NG Chartered Surveyors, the property consultants responsible for managing the building on behalf of the landlord and facilitating this arrangement.
Natalie Gilfillan, director of finance & governance at Vista said: “Provincial House is a great setting from which we can support our community and grow our charity. We are especially grateful to Jude Weston at NG Chartered Surveyors and Mike Bott and his team at Elite Partitions and Interiors, who have worked hard to make the move as smooth as possible. We are really looking forward to beginning our next chapter here.”
Jude Weston, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “This has been a very worthwhile and satisfying deal to be part of.
“NG have been involved with overseeing the fit-out works for Vista’s new office, and liaising with them ahead of lease completion, to ensure a smooth transition into the building. We believe they will be a great addition to Provincial House.”
