Derby office building set for apartment conversion
Plans have been submitted to convert a long-vacant office building in Derby city centre into a residential development.
The project, on behalf of T&T Assets Group, aims to transform Forester House on Becket Street into 73 apartments, alongside new commercial space on the ground floor.
JSA Architects has been appointed to lead the scheme, designing a complete external redesign and a range of amenities, including a concierge service, gym, private dining facilities, and vertical gardens.
