500-home Derbyshire development site hits market
A major residential development site with planning consent for up to 500 homes has been brought to market in Derbyshire.
Property adviser Savills has launched the sale of land at Loscoe Fields in Heanor, a 53.1-hectare site positioned close to key transport links including Heanor, Nottingham, Derby and the M1 corridor.
The scheme secured outline planning approval from Amber Valley Borough Council in September 2024, alongside a signed Section 106 agreement, paving the way for a two-phase residential development.
