Housebuilder Miller Homes has secured planning approval for a 115-home residential development in south Leicestershire, strengthening its pipeline in the East Midlands.
Blaby District Council’s planning committee has approved the scheme for land off Springwell Lane in Whetstone, paving the way for construction to begin later this summer.
