Hole lot of ambition as bagel brand rolls into Nottingham
A new food and beverage concept is set to launch in Nottingham city centre this month, with entrepreneur Arran Bailey bringing a bagel-focused retail offering to Bridlesmith Gate.
Arran’s Bagels will open from the former Moda in Pelle unit on the corner of Bridlesmith Gate and Middle Pavement, adding another independent operator to Nottingham’s growing casual dining and grab-and-go market.
The venture is the latest business from ALB Group managing director Arran Bailey, and is expected to create around 20 jobs.
