Clowes Developments has expanded its Castlewood Business Park in Sutton-in-Ashfield after acquiring additional land to bring forward a new 111,739 sq ft industrial and logistics building.
Already secured planning consent, the development will be available on either a freehold or leasehold basis and is aimed at manufacturers, logistics operators and distribution businesses seeking large-scale premises in the East Midlands.
