Derbyshire dentist acquires Ashbourne practice in six-figure deal
A Derby-based dentist has acquired Ashbourne dental practice TLC4 Smiles in a six-figure transaction, launching a new business venture under the name Derbyshire Dental.
Dr Jacob (Jake) Thompson completed the deal to take ownership of the practice; the transaction was structured through the creation of Thompson Dental Limited, which has acquired TLC4 Smiles (Ashbourne) LLP.
