Plans submitted for 123-home Mansfield development
Persimmon has submitted plans to build 123 homes on land north of Jenford Street in Ladybrook.
The proposed development includes a mix of one to four-bedroom properties, comprising detached, semi-detached and terraced homes, alongside bungalows. Ten per cent of the homes would be delivered as affordable housing through affordable rent and discounted market sale.
