Global investment manager acquires 526,736 sq ft Corby logistics hub
Invesco Real Estate has expanded its UK logistics portfolio with the acquisition of a 526,736 sq ft distribution facility at Midlands Logistics Park in Corby.
Completed on behalf of a German separate account, the deal sees Invesco take ownership of a modern logistics asset occupied by Europa Worldwide Group. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
Built in 2020, the facility benefits from strong environmental credentials, with an EPC A rating and a BREEAM In Construction Very Good certification.
