Life sciences storage firm takes 41,000 sq ft unit at Northamptonshire development
A specialist storage operator serving the life sciences sector has taken 41,046 sq ft of industrial space at Quattro in Raunds, marking the latest letting at the Northamptonshire development.
GXP-Storage (GXPS) has agreed a lease on Unit Q40 with global real estate investor and developer Hillwood, with the transaction completing just six weeks after Heads of Terms were agreed.
The facility is being fitted out to meet GXPS's operational requirements and is expected to be fully operational by November 2026.
