Major 362,000 sq ft Nottingham warehouse snapped up in 15-year deal

One of the largest new logistics facilities in the East Midlands has been let on a 15-year lease.

Super Smart Service has taken the 362,289 sq ft Nottingham 360 development at Firth Way from Barwood Capital.

The Grade A warehouse, developed through Barwood Capital's Regional Property Growth Fund IV, is around five minutes from Junction 26 of the M1.
