Hortons breaks ground on £45m Derby industrial scheme
Hortons has started work on a £45m industrial and logistics development at Sinfin Commercial Park in Derby, with the first phase set to deliver 121,500 sq ft of space.
The scheme is the largest development in the property company’s more than 130-year history and will ultimately provide up to 271,500 sq ft across 17 units on the 23-acre estate.
