Foodservice supplier acquired by UK wholesale group
Staffordshire-based foodservice supplier First Choice Foodservice has been acquired by wholesale group Kitwave Wholesale Group as part of the buyer’s continued expansion in the UK foodservice market.
The undisclosed transaction will see First Choice become part of Kitwave’s foodservice division, joining businesses including Creed Foodservice, Total Foodservice, West Country, Fife Creamery and Charles Saunders Foodservice.
