Derby BID merger plans revealed as businesses prepare to vote
Derby’s two existing Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) have published a prospectus setting out plans to combine into a single organisation covering Cathedral Quarter, St Peters Quarter and the neighbouring Becketwell area.
The 24-page document has been distributed to 1,000 businesses across the city following a consultation and business survey designed to establish shared priorities for the proposed Derby BID.
