Professional services group makes first Staffordshire acquisition
Castle Donington-based WLR Group has made its first move into Staffordshire with the acquisition of Burton-on-Trent accountancy firm The Chartwell Practice.
The deal is the latest in a series of acquisitions by WLR, following the purchases of Tamar Accounting in Plymouth, Barnes Clark Family Law in Yorkshire and Blackwell Bate in Cornwall.
Financial terms have not been disclosed.
