The event, at The Cosy Club in Nottingham on Thursday 8 October, will feature HBD director Simon Raiye and senior development manager Sarah Gill, who will offer an inside look at the developer’s plans and the opportunities being created across the region.

Over a two-course lunch, Raiye and Gill will discuss HBD’s growing portfolio, including APEX in Mansfield, NOVA and Markham Vale, as well as the wider trends shaping the industrial and logistics development market.

Raiye is responsible for driving development opportunities across the Midlands and also heads Origin, HBD’s joint venture with Feldberg Capital focused on building a national mid-box industrial and logistics portfolio. Launched in late 2024, the platform has already developed a £170m portfolio.

Gill, a chartered surveyor, works across Yorkshire and the East Midlands and is closely involved in the delivery of NOVA, Markham Vale and other long-term strategic sites within HBD’s portfolio.

The lunch will give guests the opportunity to hear directly from two of HBD’s senior development figures while networking with leading figures from the East Midlands property and business communities.
