Qdos Contractor signs deal with onboarding specialists

Thurmaston-based Qdos Contractor has announced a partnership with contractor onboarding specialists HiredByMe, in an deal which could see thousands of independent workers begin their work placements quicker.

Built specifically for UK contractors, HiredByMe’s Document Hub, helps contractors share legally required documents with employers and agencies, to ensure the recruitment process is shortened.

Contractors purchasing insurance from Qdos Contractor will have their documents automatically uploaded into a Document Hub account.

“The average hiring time for a role in the UK is four weeks – which is too long,” said Seb Maley, chief executive of Qdos Contractor. “To truly reap the benefits of hiring contractors and plug skills gaps, employers need to be able to get contractors through the door and working.
