Estate agent expands lettings department in Leicestershire

Richard Watkinson & Partners has opened its fourth lettings department in its Leicestershire.

The firm will open a lettings department in its Melton Mowbray branch.

Branch manager Matt Lacey said: “We are renowned for our sales expertise in the area, as one of the town’s leading estate agents, but this will be a first for our Melton office.”

Richard Watkinson, senior partner at the firm, added: “The demand for rented properties has been phenomenal and, to address this demand, we decided to continue to expand our lettings offering into Leicestershire.
