Northants cinema content firm enters administration

A Northamptonshire company which provides software that delivers content to cinemas via broadband has slipped into administration.

Flix Innovations, which is based in Towcester and was founded in 2009, has called in administrators from David Rubin & Partners of London to look after the day-to-day running of the company.

The firm is headed up by Brendan Fearn and counts former KPMG veteran Richard Horsley as its company secretary.

In its latest available accounts to 31 December 2015, Flix Innovations owed nearly £223,000 to creditors.
