On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Newly re-branded DBS (formerly DBS Andersons) has appointed another business development manager.

Roxanne Barker has over 10 years’ experience in the sector and will be responsible for the business development within the firm alongside Dawn White, creating business development initiatives as well as maintaining and creating new relationships.

Davy Bal, chairman, said: “This is an exciting time for the firm following the successful re-brand, the appointment of an additional BD manager will help DBS further establish itself as a leader in the sectors of marketing, accountancy and legal services. Roxanne has a wealth of experience and we are confident that she will add significant value to the firm and support its continued growth.”

Fraser Brown Solicitors has added to its employment team with the appointment of Maz Dannourah who has

joined the Nottingham office as an associate.

Dannourah, who is relocating to Nottingham from Lincolnshire, joins Fraser Brown from Roythornes Solicitors.

A specialist in employment law, Dannourah brings 10 years of experience to Fraser Brown and will be working alongside partner John Buchanan, who heads up the employment team.

Dannourah said: “I am proud to be joining such an established and well-respected law firm in Nottingham. It’s an excellent opportunity not only for my career but also having studied for my postgraduate law degree at Nottingham Trent University, it’s fantastic that I get the chance to work on familiar soil, I really like the diversity of the city and county.
