Nottingham bar and restaurant on the market after sudden closure

The former premises of restaurant and bar Sinatra is on the market.

Agents Heb have been asked by Nottingham City Council to let the building after the owners of Sinatra foreited the lease last month.

The building, which is spread across a ground and basement floors, stretches over 5,747 sq ft and is available at a rent of £75,000 a year.

Will Torr is Heb said: “It is early days in the marketing process with details only going live at the end of last week. I’ve received some good initial interest so far which is encouraging.”

Sinatra closed last month when its owner breached a tenancy agreement with the Council.
