Leicester accountancy firm MNE has hired three new apprentices.

Tanraj Kaur, Hammond and Mala

Abdul Mala and Billy Hammond have joined MNE’s outsourcing team, whilst Tanraj Kaur has joined MNE’s lettings department taking the number of apprentices at MNE up to four.

Managing Director Tim Emmony said: “We were initially looking to take on two apprentices, but interviewed three exceptional candidates”

“Providing apprentices with opportunities and chances to grow is at the heart of what we do. I didn’t go to university myself and I think the opportunity for the next generation of accounting professionals to earn and learn is an attractive proposition.”

“We have a really strong track record of nurturing new talent into full time roles – one of our directors came through our apprenticeship program. Apprenticeships have given us the opportunity to give something back to our local community, create jobs and ultimately, it’s helped our business to grow.”
