An East Midlands property developer is planning to build 100 homes a year over the next few years.

Alan Forsyth, who has been operating as a property developer in the Midlands and Wales for number of year, has told TheBusinessDesk.com that his company is looking to scale up its Nottingham operations under the name of Hockley Developments.

Hockley Developments has two residential developments, Katherine House and Kingswood House, completing this summer in the Sherwood area of Nottingham, both conversions into a total of 36 apartments – all of which Forsyth says are pre-sold.

Speaking exclusively to TheBusinessDesk.com, managing director Forsyth said: “We have three new sites currently being bought in the city, which will bring over 70 new homes to market.

“We believe there is huge demand for good quality property in Nottingham, at affordable prices.

“We have already identified our next three sites, and are at various stages of planning on each one.

“We expect to build over 100 properties in 2018 in the Nottingham area – the demand is certainly there, and we take pride on offering properties at excellent value.”
