On the move: the latest East Midlands hires
Robyn Allen Solutions, the Northants-based insurance broker has apppointed Meg Bartlett as an insurance adviser.
It’s the second new recruit for Robyn Allen Solutions following the appointment of Ryan Protheroe, also as an insurance adviser, in April, taking the team from just Robyn to a team of three with plans to recruit further over the coming months.
Allen said: “We are delighted to welcome Meg to the team. Her enthusiasm and passion for great customer service will be a real asset to Robyn Allen Solutions. Already a well-known and respected figure within the local business networking circle, Meg’s ability to engage and connect with people will be invaluable as we look to grow the business further into new territories.”

The PR team at the Ideal Marketing Company: Helen Campbell, Ben Cherry and Louise Smith
A marketing company in Leicestershire has recruited a new team member to expand its PR and content writing team following the promotion of the head of PR.
Louise Smith has joined the team at The Ideal Marketing Company in Market Harborough. She brings over 20 years’ experience in the PR and copywriting industry, including time working in the media in London.
This is first appointment made by Helen Campbell, who has led PR activity at the company since 2004. She stepped up to the role of managing director in February when her husband and founder of the company became seriously ill. She will be taking on some of Helen’s duties to enable her to focus on business development at Ideal.
Smith began her writing career in London working in PR in the health and beauty sector before moving into women’s consumer magazine journalism, then freelance copywriting.
She said: “After a few years working in the freelance world, I’m excited to be part of a team again. I wanted to join an organisation with a great reputation in the local area so I was delighted when I got the job at Ideal Marketing. I’m really enjoying the company’s exciting roster of clients who come from diverse sectors across the Midlands.”
